MeeSeva Registration Terms and Conditions

About MeeSeva

"MeeSeva" in Telugu means, 'At your service', i.e. service to citizens. It is a good governance initiative that incorporates the vision of National eGov Plan "Public Services Closer to Home" and facilitates single entry portal for entire range of G2C & G2B services.

The objective of MeeSeva is to provide Smart, Citizen Centric, Ethical, efficient and effective governance facilitated by technology. The initiative involves universal and non-discriminatory delivery of all government services to Citizens and Businessmen of all strata and improved Efficiency, Transparency and Accountability for the government. The initiative features transformed government-citizen interface at all levels of administration along with a shared governance model.

తెలుగులో "మీ సేవలో" అంటే, 'మీ సేవలో', అంటే పౌరులకు సేవ. ఇది జాతీయ eGov ప్రణాళిక "ఇంటికి దగ్గరగా ఉన్న ప్రజా సేవలు" అనే దార్శనికతను కలిగి ఉన్న ఒక మంచి పాలనా చొరవ మరియు G2C & G2B సేవల యొక్క మొత్తం శ్రేణికి సింగిల్ ఎంట్రీ పోర్టల్‌ను సులభతరం చేస్తుంది.

సాంకేతికత ద్వారా సులభతరం చేయబడిన స్మార్ట్, పౌర కేంద్రీకృత, నైతిక, సమర్థవంతమైన మరియు ప్రభావవంతమైన పాలనను అందించడం మీసేవా లక్ష్యం. ఈ చొరవలో అన్ని వర్గాల పౌరులు మరియు వ్యాపారవేత్తలకు అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ సేవలను సార్వత్రిక మరియు వివక్షత లేని డెలివరీ మరియు ప్రభుత్వానికి మెరుగైన సామర్థ్యం, పారదర్శకత మరియు జవాబుదారీతనం ఉంటాయి. ఈ చొరవలో భాగస్వామ్య పాలన నమూనాతో పాటు పరిపాలన యొక్క అన్ని స్థాయిలలో రూపాంతరం చెందిన ప్రభుత్వ-పౌరుల ఇంటర్‌ఫేస్ ఉంటుంది.

The envisioned benefits of MeeSeva centers are

Citizens do not need to visit the district and mandal offices to get government services.
Citizens can save on time and money by availing the services through MeeSeva centers.
No menace due to middlemen.
MeeSeva centers will be operational from 9AM-7PM. Citizens can avail the services at their convenient time.

Requirement

Government of Andhra Pradesh’s Grama Sachivalayams & Ward Sachivalayams Department [Electronic Services Delivery] has set up MeeSeva centers for delivering services of various Government Departments and Private Companies under one roof in a citizen friendly manner.

Grama Sachivalayams & Ward Sachivalayams Department through Operations Partner of MeeSeva proposes to set up MeeSeva centers in 26 Districts of Andhra Pradesh (Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, SPSR Nellore, Chittoor, YSR, Anantapur, Kurnool, Parvatipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, Eluru, NTR, Bapatla, Palnadu, Tirupati, Annamayya, Sri Sathya Sai, Nandyal) on franchisee model.

It may be noted that applications are invited for setting up of MeeSeva centers only above mentioned 26 Districts.

ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వ గ్రామ సచివాలయాలు & వార్డు సచివాలయాల శాఖ [ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ సర్వీసెస్ డెలివరీ] వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు మరియు ప్రైవేట్ కంపెనీల సేవలను పౌర స్నేహపూర్వకంగా ఒకే పైకప్పు క్రింద అందించడానికి మీసేవా కేంద్రాలను ఏర్పాటు చేసింది.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోని 26 జిల్లాల్లో (శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం, విశాఖపట్నం, తూర్పుగోదావరి, పశ్చిమగోదావరి, కృష్ణా, గుంటూరు, ప్రకాశం, ఎస్‌పిఎస్‌ఆర్‌ నెల్లూరు, చిత్తూరు, చిత్తూరు, చిత్తూరు, చిత్తూరు, చిత్తూరు, పర్వం, చిత్తూరు, చిత్తూరు, పర్వం, చిత్తూరు, పర్వం సీతారామ రాజు, అనకాపల్లి, కాకినాడ, కోనసీమ, ఏలూరు, ఎన్టీఆర్, బాపట్ల, పల్నాడు, తిరుపతి, అన్నమయ్య, శ్రీ సత్యసాయి, నంద్యాల) ఫ్రాంఛైజీ మోడల్‌లో.

పైన పేర్కొన్న 26 జిల్లాలలో మాత్రమే మీసేవా కేంద్రాల ఏర్పాటుకు దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానించబడ్డాయని గమనించాలి.

Requirement of Non-IT Infrastructure for setting up of center

MeeSeva centers set up on franchisee should have an exclusive partition with an exclusive entry.
MeeSeva centers with one Counter should be at least 100 Sq. ft. and 4 chairs should be available for Customers to sit.
Franchisee should keep their premises neat and clean.
The room should have good ventilation and light with good space outside for parking, display boards, etc.
Furnitures shall be as per the specifications of MeeSeva (Counter Table/ Operator chair/ Printer Table/ customer waiting chair)
Franchisee preferably be equipped with CCTV Surveillance and LCD TV.

Requirement of IT Infrastructure for setting up of center

Desktop /Laptop
Multi-Function Printer (Print/Scan)
Scanner & Digital Camera
Genset
UPS/Power Backup
Should be provided with internet connectivity from two different Internet Service Provider(ISP’s) so as to ensure that services are not affected due to connectivity issues.

Qualifying Criteria

Minimum qualification shall be Intermediate / Graduate / Post-Graduate / Other qualification.
MeeSeva Centers should be located in prominent locations with internet, road, power & other utilities.

ఫ్రాంచైజీపై ఏర్పాటు చేయబడిన మీసేవా కేంద్రాలు ప్రత్యేక ప్రవేశ ద్వారంతో కూడిన ప్రత్యేక విభజనను కలిగి ఉండాలి.
ఒక కౌంటర్ ఉన్న మీసేవా కేంద్రాలు కనీసం 100 చదరపు అడుగులు ఉండాలి మరియు వినియోగదారులు కూర్చోవడానికి 4 కుర్చీలు అందుబాటులో ఉండాలి.
ఫ్రాంచైజీ వారి ప్రాంగణాన్ని చక్కగా మరియు శుభ్రంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.
గదిలో మంచి వెంటిలేషన్ మరియు వెలుతురు ఉండాలి, పార్కింగ్, డిస్‌ప్లే బోర్డులు మొదలైన వాటికి బయట మంచి స్థలం ఉండాలి.
ఫర్నిచర్ మీసేవా (కౌంటర్ టేబుల్/ ఆపరేటర్ కుర్చీ/ ప్రింటర్ టేబుల్/ కస్టమర్ వెయిటింగ్ కుర్చీ) స్పెసిఫికేషన్ల ప్రకారం ఉండాలి
ఫ్రాంచైజీకి CCTV నిఘా మరియు LCD టీవీ అమర్చబడి ఉండటం మంచిది.

కనెక్టివిటీ సమస్యల కారణంగా సేవలు ప్రభావితం కాకుండా చూసుకోవడానికి రెండు వేర్వేరు ఇంటర్నెట్ సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్ల (ISPలు) నుండి ఇంటర్నెట్ కనెక్టివిటీని అందించాలి.

అర్హత ప్రమాణాలు

కనీస అర్హత ఇంటర్మీడియట్ / గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ / పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ / ఇతర అర్హతలు ఉండాలి.
మీసేవా కేంద్రాలు ఇంటర్నెట్, రోడ్డు, విద్యుత్ & ఇతర యుటిలిటీలు ఉన్న ప్రముఖ ప్రదేశాలలో ఉండాలి.

Terms & Conditions

Applications are invited for setting up of MeeSeva centers only at Municipal Ward, Village and Grampanchayat. The Proposed MeeSeva shall operate within the limits of Municipal Ward, Village and Grampanchayat.
If my application is selected for further consideration, I agree to pay a registration charge of Rs. 5000/- for Mee Seva center and, if applicable, a franchise refundable security deposit.
Existing MeeSeva users are permitted to register under this platform. By proceeding with the Registration.
I have read all the conditions related to setting up Mee Seva center under the franchise model (CMS) and I agree to provide all the details along with the necessary documents, all terms and conditions.

మీసేవా కేంద్రాలను గ్రామాలలో మాత్రమే ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానించబడ్డాయి. ప్రతిపాదిత మీసేవా గ్రామ పరిధిలో మాత్రమే పనిచేస్తుంది.
నా దరఖాస్తు తదుపరి పరిశీలనకు ఎంపిక చేయబడితే, మీసేవా ఫ్రాంచైజీ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌కు రూ. 5000/- తిరిగి చెల్లించదగిన సెక్యూరిటీ డిపాజిట్ చెల్లించడానికి నేను అంగీకరిస్తున్నాను.
